.@BigEGaming sponsors two players for #EVO2018: @TempleNUT and @EMP_DragonGod

Due to the sheer generosity of @ESmallPhilly, CEO of @BIgEGaming, two lucky competitors will be gifted with free flights to Evolution 2018.

Evolution 2018 is scheduled to take place on August 3-5, 2018 at Las Vegas's Mandalay Bay, where the event has spent its last two years hosting its finals atop a majestic stage shaped after the logo for EVO. It was also at this location that the Street Fighter V world finals were broadcast live on ESPN, whereas Smash 4 was broadcast by Disney XD in EVO 2017.

The first of these players was revealed near the end of May: Ameer Hinton, a.k.a. @TempleNUT, an anime FGC enthusiast who is currently enjoying BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, which released in North America just yesterday.

The second was revealed just tonight. He is a naturally talented player who is recognized as a top-tier Black Adam player in the first year of Injustice 1's lifespan, as well as a force to be reckoned with in the Street Fighter franchise: Lincoln Morris a.k.a. @EMP_DragonGod.

Many, including ourselves, are in awe of this supportive gesture from Big E Gaming, and we wish the best of luck to both of these players as they prepare for the annual FGC championships in Vegas. Congratulations to them!

If you yourself wish to take part in EVO, consider visiting www.smash.gg/evo-2018 to sign up for the games you wish to participate in. Up to eight titles will be featured in the event's primary lineup, but EVO will also play host to a selection of side tournaments for various games. The primary lineup itself is as follows:

- Dragonball FighterZ
- Tekken 7
- Smash Wii-U
- Smash Melee
- BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle
- Guilty Gear XRD Revelator 2
- Street Fighter V
- Injustice 2

Want to spectate the Sunday finals? Your registration will not cover your ticket for your seat in the arena, so you'll need to visit www.axs.com/events to pick up your ticket. Prices for seats range from $48 to as high as $97.
