Platform fighter @Brawlhalla comes to #XboxOne and #NintendoSwitch on November 6th!

Gamescom has just kicked off this week in Cologne, Germany, and news regarding our favorite games are coming at us fast!

Among those games is Brawlhalla, the highly-praised platform fighter developed by Blue Mammoth Games. The game itself has an enormous community surrounding it as well as incredible esports support provided by the developers themselves, and as of now, players are participating in Year 3 of Brawlhalla Esports events to win their shares of a staggering $300,000 prize pool.

Initially a PC-exclusive fighter, Blue Mammoth eventually made the decision to expand on the title with a console release for the Playstation 4 near the end of last year...and now, it is crossing over into fresh territory once again.

On November 6th, Brawlhalla will be making its way to the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch consoles!

Please note that the trailer in the Twitter post above has not yet been made available to those watching from the USA. It is unclear when the trailer will become available to all countries, but it can be assumed that the restriction will lift as Gamescom progresses.

Think that's all the Brawlhalla news we're getting? THINK AGAIN. According to @LeftStickDown, TO and social media manager for the @BrawlLeague, a new character, known in Brawlhalla as a Legend, will be revealed next week at PAX West, which takes place in Seattle WA from August 31st to September 3rd!

Excited to maybe get a chance to try out the new character?! PAX West will be happening at the Washington State Convention Center, which comes with over 400,000 square feet of space, including an exhibit hall that takes up more than half that amount of space.

Furthermore, for those competing in Dreamhack Montreal, which will feature a $20,000 pot bonus for Brawlhalla ($10,000 each for singles and doubles), a tournament standard regarding the monitor in use will be given an adjustment. Starting at Montreal, 144hz monitors will be given priority for any events supporting Brawlhalla.

Brawlhalla itself is available for free on PC and Playstation 4. Visit the link below that corresponds to your platform if you're interested in giving the game a whirl!
